  We have rented this property many times. The dead trees are a concern, and do not enhance the setting. Rita was very helpful during the reservation process. We had a great time. Some of the furniture in the living room has seen better days.

  The home was in good over all shape, nice location. The only things that should be addressed are, the very hard mattresses, similar to a motel 6 matt. The local staff was to "hovering" called before arrival and before check out.

  The property could have been very nice, but the appliances in the house were in bad condition, and the furniture in the living room was also not user friendly. It's time for some updates! The unit was not spotless, but it was livable. The driveway is steep (which is not realized from the photo), and one must have 4 wheel drive to get up it. It was and okay property, but not the best we've ever had.

  We are sorry your experience was not as great as you had hoped. We agree the house is dated but it has been priced appropriately. We know the driveway is steep and all the descriptions specifically state "4 wheel drive" required. We will review the documentation to ensure it more clearly states this. As you state, "it was an okay property". We have priced this unit signficantly lower than many of our same size units. We have many higher end units for you to consider on your next trip. Please call us to ensure you get a property with a higher standard of ameneties.
